    To return an item, fill out the returns form on your delivery note marking the items to return, reason for returning and whether you’d like to exchange or a refund.

    We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your delivery.
  • How long does it take for you to refund me if I return some items?
    Once we receive the returned items, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your returns. You should receive an email once it has been processed.

    Once you enter the product page, each item has its own ‘product details’ within which you can see specific dimensions and sizes etc.
  • How can I choose the best size for me?
    The Abaya Store website provides a detailed size guide which consists of body measurements for each size and product type. You can access the size guide at the bottom of any page on the website, or you can access it from product pages. If you are still unsure, you can contact us and we will be happy to help.
  • Which methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Maestro debit & credit card payments.
  • What if I wish to speak to someone before placing my order?

  • I didn’t recieve an order confirmation
    If you place an order and receive a payment confirmation but not an order confirmation, kindly contact us so we can resolve the issue.
